Hatha Yoga Teacher training courses (YAI certified courses) 200 hours,
conducted by 'Tulasidalam School Of Yoga Pada'.
The syllabus based on the Yoga philosophies, yoga science, yoga asanas and personal yoga therapy.
Tulasidalam School Of Yoga Pada under the Sreeramashram Charitable society is a Kerala Government recognised & registered organisation and it is registered with and certified by the Yoga Alliance India.


Yoga Teacher Training Certification - RYT 200
All the students who successfully complete our yoga teachers’ training course are awarded “Yoga Teacher Training Certificate” by Tulasidalam and they are also eligible for registering themselves directly with Yoga Alliance as RYT 200.

CURRICULUM: the text followed for the yoga course is Bagawad Gita introduction & Hatha yoga pradipika summarized.


1. Yoga Practice: Asana, Pranayama, Bandha, Mudra & Meditation
2. Yoga Theory: Yogic physiology including a basic understanding of Nadis, Chakras, and the physiological effects of Yogic practices.
3. Human Anatomy and Physiology
4. Modern Exercise Physiology
5. Teaching Skills Workshops and Soft Skills, including verbal communication skills.
6. Personality Development
7. Interpersonal skills

The yoga participants practice under the personal guidance of Yoga instructors. Please do advance booking and get confirmation. Seats are limited at a time.

The yoga classes are conducted in simple English. A sincere desire to learn and openness to the teachings of yoga is required.
The yoga courses offered by the school is a continuous path of yoga living. Yoga asana practice is based on the hatha yoga pradipika text.

Routine for yoga courses:
6.00am -8.30am : pranayama ,dharana & yoga asana session (I)
9.55am:brunch
11.00am-1.00pm: Yoga theories (IIA)
1.15pm-2.30pm: Theory (IIB)
3.15pm-4.30pm: yoga workshops (III)
4.30pm: tea & snacks
6.00pm-9.00pm: yoga asana sessions (IV)
9.05pm : light dinner 10.15pm:lights off.
